TUESDAY POP UP #supportukraine #imaginepeace

DATE: TUE, MARCH 29nd
TIME for Shops: 5-10PM

This time fundraiser to #supportukraine

I am creating this fundraiser together with my supportive co-creators and vendors who have been my source of power throughout this pandemic. WE feel it is time to #supportukraine through our monthly Pop-up, because we believe in ART having the power to effect the world.

Let’s come together to #supportukraine

Here is why we chose CARE org:

For 75 years of history, CARE has been teaching people how war effects human beings. Growing up in Japan, my grandparents were the last to pass down the raw stories about World War II experiences. My generation is the last to hear these tales from the last generation who has experienced the WAR in Japanese history. Since then, Japan has kept peace for a reason. This is why its important that I do this for Ukraine.

Here is more details about CARE org.

CARE is utilizing donations for Ukraine. Your emergency gift supports CARE’s Ukraine Crisis Fund to reach 4 million with immediate aid and recovery, food, water, hygiene kits, psychosocial support, and cash assistance, prioritizing women and girls, families, and the elderly. CARE is providing emergency aid through its partner organization “People in Need” in Ukraine. The first aid deliveries have already arrived while refugees are also being cared for at the borders to neighboring countries such as Poland, Slovakia, or Romania.

At the end of World War II, CARE introduced the first CARE Package® for the post-war hungry, ultimately delivering 100 million of them to families around the world.

For 75 years, CARE has been helping those in need around the world. In response to COVID-19, for the first time ever, CARE called on all Americans to help deliver new CARE Packages - financial support and messages of hope - to frontline medical workers, caregivers, essential workers and individuals in need around the world.
